Image Control

I'm trying to display a small thumbnail of a .jpg file in a form. The easiest way for me to do this is to load it into an image control whixh will resize the picture to sthe size of the control. This takes some time (few seconds) on my machine. Is there a quicker way?

Um, thanks Thats how I currently doing it! I was wondering if there was a quicker way thoug? Maybe by writing to create a copy of the picture and reduce its resolution before displaying??

Any ideas?
