i'm running win2k server sp2.
i log in as administrator.
i want to assign applications w/ file types so i open windows explorer and go to Tools > Folder Options > File Types.

In the File Types section, i am not allowed to make any changes due to the fact that the 'New', 'Delete' and 'Change' buttons are disabled (greyed out).

how do i enable the above mentioned buttons?
