I have an IP Office 500 R9, I purchased a new 3rd Party IP Endpoint License and added a new user with sip extension, I download the zoiper app on my android mobile and registered this extension successfully,I am able only to make internal calls to the internal extensions in the company on this app, once trying to dial 9 followed by the local number or any number it says not found and cuts the call, and normally from the 1608 desk phones once pressing 9 followed by the number I am able to dial any number from my available landlines, the ARS table is set to have a secondary dial tone, and I tried to disable it but also it didnt work, is there any other idea that can help,
