...I can't remember the name of it. I have used it once or twice, but many years ago.
It's a device that plugs into an RJ11/RJ45 (which ties to the phone system). The device displays what the extension number the phone system has assigned that slot, or if it's in a home port, it will display the phone number.
I cannot for the life of me remember the name of that device. Can someone help?
