I've got a cisco 2612 router with IOS 12.0(5) T1. I want to set this router up to a DSL connection. Currently I have 1 10Mbps Ethernet and 1 Token Ring interface. I saw online that i can buy a WIC ADSL card but I need IOS 12.1 yb at the minimum. Is this the only IOS that will support ADSL on my router or will 12.3(6b) work? I got this router off of ebay. I've searched cisco.com but find cisco's site cumbersome. Any feedback?

As well.... Do i need to upgrade to a fast ethernet?

You need a smartnet contract with Cisco in order to be able to download IOS images. As for your IOS question , here's my two cents:
Cisco develops a mainline image say 12.1 then it releases several versions based on this mainline code and new features are added to this enhanced images. For example, 12.1yb provides with ADLS connectivity. Now when a new mainline image is released, 12.2 all the features available in 12.1 mainline and 12.1.X (enhancements) are all part of the 12.2 mailnline image plus some new feautes only available on the new 12.2 code.
Now 12.3 has all the features available in 12.1 and 12.2 and all the enhancements done to this images plus some new cool features.
