Illustrator pallettes

How do I get my pallettes in Illustrator to be in the same position every time I open the program?
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Arrange them without a document open. Close program and relaunch.

Window » Workspace » Save Workspage...
Reload the workspace whenever the palettes are moved in order to go back to your preferred location.
