Here is the issue. We build a Quark file with an Illustrator eps file in it and save it, and then we try to open it on another machine and the eps shows up as a gray box and says "Postscript file" then the name of the file. The only way we have been able to fix it is to open the eps in Illustrator and resave it then it updates and it is fine. Anyone else seen this problem? Any ideas?

When you save it you need to select include preview, and maybe lower the postscript level
