IIS4.0 (Log Files incorrect time recorded)

Anyone could help me with this urgent problem:

1) I selected the W3C Extended Log File Format in IIS4.0 and I am in the (GMT+08:00) time zone. The problem now is that the log time created is based on the GMT and therefore the log file records data that is 8 hours different from the actual local time.

Please...how could I solve this problem.
