I have a W2K Server behind a 1700 series Cisco Router (T1). The gateway on the network is 192.100.100.1. I have a workstation (W2K Pro) running IIS that I wish to broadcast out to the web. IIS works fine locally, but I cannot get it from the web (using the static IP from the router/T1). I can get it no problem, if I runn IIS on the Server, but I really cant do this. I need to run it from this workstation. I do have a DNS service pointing to the IP of the T1.

I read a couple of posts that mention setting up WINS, but they were a bit vauge for me. If this is the correct course of action, can you suggest a site I might go to to see how to properly set this up?

I really need some help in figuring how to resolve the communication between the gateway and the IIS station.

THANKS!!
