I'm trying to to get SSL working on one of my sites. I just want to make my own signe certificate

I've followed the tute here which gives me a valid certificate

(windows says it's valid).

When i use SSl Diagnotics Probe I get the error 0x80096004 when I try to do the handshake. However when I use the Create New Cert feature I can connect with HTTPS fine (

https://www.example.com).

Why does this happen? How can I get my own to work?
