IIS Problem

I recently installed IIS 5.0 on Windows 2000 Pro. When I click on the Internet Services Manager in the Administrative tools nothing happens. I am VERY new to this and am at a loss. I have tried uninstalling IIS and reinstalling it and it doesn't help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Proberbly you din't install w2k complete.
try to do the following :

start-> settings-> control panel-> Add/remove programs->
in the left bar select add/remove windows components.
Be sure Internet Information services is installed.
