IIS on NT workstation

I'm trying to install IIS on my NT workstation (sp 6). I always get an error telling me: Unable to register mtxtish.dll file. At the and of the installation a get a message telling me that the MTS installation has unsuccesfully complete. When I try to open the default.asp page at I get the following error:
Librairy not registered.

Is it related with the unsuccessfull installation of MTS (probably) and how can I solve my problem?
