IIS Mystery

I am building my first site in ASP/Access, through UltraDev on my PC with IIS (xp pro). I had the dynamic results.asp page working - then i messed around with some stuff in the IIS window and now I am getting an internal error that is turning all of my hair grey. Wen I run the Live Data I get a Server Application Error.
How do I reset whatever it was that I messed up????

could it be that you have messed with the iwam_user?
try to do a "cscript synciwam.vbs" from /inetpub/adminscripts

thank you for the tip - but I am not sure how to run that sync script! where do you I run it and how?
Also - I got one dymanic sit eto work - but not another - and I think I have all of the settings the same ... is it wrong to run two different sites through IIS ? sould I seperate them somehow?
