Hi,

I tried installing Option pack from MS website but ran into problems. The error message is as below:

"Initialization of dynamic link library C:\Winnt\System32\KERNEL32.dll fail"

I think that the problem may be because I am not a system adminstrator and do not have access to the Kernel32.dll file located in the System32 file.

Is it possible to copy the Kernel32 program to another directory and
change the properties of the install.exe program to point by default to this new Kernel32 program instead? Instead of pointed to the one in protected file?

Many Thanks in advance.

If you are going to install IIS properly you must be an Administrator on the machine.
