IIS Head Ache 1

Please can someone help? I have just installed XP Pro and IIS 5.1. The server is working fine and I am picking up my default pages i.e. index.htm, index.html etc... but when I make a DSN connection and set the CONN in Ultra dev I am getting the following

ERROR Error Type:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file '(unknown)'. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data.
/foldername/pagename.asp, line 10

I know the settings worked before because I used PWS and it was working fine. It is really annoying me now so please please help, I just hope it is something simple like a permision!!

I right-clicked on the database in the directory, selected the Security tab and gave Everyone access until I decide to decipher the whole security scheme. My drive was not NTFS so I converted it.
