IIS Anonymoust FTP problems

Sometimes, when users upload files to our anonymous FTP server, the server fails to assign any permissions to the file. Thus, no one, not even me as the Administrator can delete them unless I reboot the machine.<br><br>Anyone ever had this problem?

Yes. I had once the exactly the same problem.
I solve the problem doing a reboot.

Is this a bug?
