IIS and XP Home

I followed instructions @ on isnatlling IIS on XP home. It worked, I have PWS installed now, but when ever I try and accessand page or folder I get the folowing appear in the browser: The specified module could not be found.

Even if I put in the full path and file name I get the above error.

Does anyone know what causes this or how I can fix it?
