IIS 5.0 W2k Srvr CA HTTPS

hi all,

Using:
w2k srvr
IIS 5.0
Set up CA Locally
Issued a CA
enabled secure connection

Problem:
Clients having to wait 2 or 3 minutes
before "Security alert" displays a message
and the another 1 minute for ID, Pwd and domain
windows to display.

Whats the problem?, I followed the Support.ms.com knowldgbse
Please help...
