I need HELP!!!
I have IIS 5.0 on domain A with 100+ virtual directory and website. the machine is crazy slow so we need to migrate to a newer machine. However, the new IIS 5.0 is on domain B.
What is the best way to do it. I google for 2 days and the only two solution is

- backup metadata
- use iis 5.0 migration wizard

I try the migration wizard and it always failed with with error 500. Beside the installation is not correct. According to microsoft, for the source server, all i need is to install the source portion, but if i do that i will not be able to pass step2 which is not installed unless the target portion is installed also. Anyone have experience on using the wizard and can tell me how it works.

commercial production wise, anyone used IISexport before. Again, it sucks that it's literally 100+ website, and i can't sit there do it one by one. Please help

Wow - There are so many questions that need to be answered to provide a solution.
For Example:
Are the web-sites Intra or Internet sites?
Are you using anonymous or Authentication access?
Are the two domains trusted or Separate?
Are you migrating all data to new server or spliting up the load?
Will the IP and name of the server be changed?
Is it just one site with multiple VD's or are there also multiple sites?
