IIS 4 Windows NT Server

I have IIS 4 in Windows Nt Server and one application of ASP, but when I trying enter the application from pc that have Windows 2000 pro, and i cannot, show me that the iis is down.
But when i trying from pc that have Windows NT 4, y can enter the applicacion.
Why in Win 2000 i cannot, and win NT i can??
