IIS 4.0 Question

I've got a NT 4.0 box w/ spk 6a - setup as a member server of domain X. When I installed IIS 4.0 it created a "local" IUSR_machinename anonymous account. Problem is, I need to also have OWA running on this box and Exchange needs access to this "local" account. Aocording to the install directions I have the account should have been created as a Global account.

How do I setup IIS so that it will create a global account instead of a local account? Or is this something I can control?
