IFrames getting stretched when dragged with mouse down.

Hi,
I have 2 IFrames in one page. The Problem is when the user Drags on one of the Frames with the left-mouse pressed down..all the elements of the page - images, table data etc..gets dis-oriented..and goes beyond the width of the IFRAME...!

Is there a way to fix it !
