Ifolder Sync issues

Hi,

I have just installed ifolder on about 40 machines. My problem is with the download sync. I have noticed that it is actually downloading the files back to the local machine and not just checking for changes. Has anyone experienced this and are there any suggestions to why this is happening. I have read that the amount of files is not an issue but this process for some users is taking up to 4hrs.
