IExplorer version to use on MetaFrame 1.8 (Win2K)

We are having an issue of one of our servers having problems when users try and print from Internet Explorer (version: 5.5 SP2), are there any known issues in using IE6SP1 as I'd like to move up if possible........or has anyone else come across this issue before?
Printing is fine from all other apps.
