IEXPLORER error and closing all explorer windows

hi,
Internet explorer is closing by showing a message "IEXPLORER has generated errors and would be closed" and it's just closing all explorer windows showing another message after closing "error log has been created" i have tried installing OS again and again, but no use. what could be wrong? any idea

What, in detail, does the error log or Event Viewer state as the reason for the error?

Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Event Viewer.

helo mate,
it's actually saying some registry missing and could not display message from remote computer. as i told you it's showing "iexplorer.exe has generated errors". i think some spy ware is associated with explorer file. since there are no rights to install any programs as a restricted user, that spy ware should be unable to register it's components in da registry. i can't predict any other reasons.
