IE7 loses Tabs

every once in awhile i will visit a website & then notice that i lose my Tabs. the Tool Bar remains but in order to get my Tabs back i have to reboot.

has anyone else run into this?

The next time it happens click the red "X" at the top right. Instead of closing my bet is that it returns to your original Window (with tabs showing).
