IE vbasic error

i am trying to help a friend out, whenever they empty out their bulk mail bin at yahoo mail they get a yellow triangle with an explanation point in it. when clicked this error comes up

they recently downloaded updates from microsoft, a java update.

Did you try to contact yahoo support. They may know the reason.
