IE Text / Font Sizes

Anyone know how I can stop IE automatically changing the text sizes?

View > Text Size should always be medium, but some sites always seem to change it to small.

Can I lock this down?

TIA.

tools>internet options>accessability> mark ignore font size specified on web page.
