IE settings in win xp home

Does anyone know if I can set different internet explorer settings(content advisor) for different users in windows xp home version and have them apply only to the user that is logged on?
I'd like to keep it clean for my kids without having to turn content advisor on and off all the time.
Thanks for any help/Tips.
