IE Problems

Hi! I'm having trounble with IE.
For example yesterday I entered a website and browsed it. I entered today and I saw no changes in it but I refreshed IE and surprise there were new contents. It seems it always use the cache without checking if something has changed on the site im browsing. How can I fix that?

. clean your Temporary Internet File cache. In IE, Tools, Internet Options, Temporary Internet Files, Delete Files.

. Then click the 'Settings' button, and set the refresh to occur either 'Every visit to the page' or Automaticly.

Note too this can occur if you are behind a caching proxy server.

No, im not behing a caching proxy server, I dont know what happened everything was working fine till now. I'll follow your instructions and see.
