IE for Win95

i've tried searching on microsoft and usinf ask.com but i cant seem to find internet explorer 5.0 or 5.5.
links that turn up are pretty much dead.
Does anyone know where i can get a copy?
i have a user stuck to win95 and in need to reinstall IE and outlook express
