Where are the IE AutoComplete entries stored in the Registry if at all?

If you mean the typed URL's look for the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TypedURLs

or there

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\AutoComplete If 'something' 'somewhere' gives 'some' error, excpect random guesses or no replies at all. Please specify details.
