Thanks for the quick response. I tried that but couldn't locate the files on that drive or any other.<br>

I attempted the down load again and watched the system responses very carefully. The window that opens includes the message: "Calculating the time required to copy the files." The progess bar never shows an entry. The total time is near 3 minutes which is about the time I expected for the file transfers.

Do you have enough space on any of the drives? The file may be being downloaded, and then it is quitting.
