This just started recently, and is intermittent. When I am in IE 7 and I move my mouse, I will occasionally have a light yellow "mouse over" window that does not go away.

I can go to another website, close IE, open other applications, etc., and the mouse over window stays there forever.

This is not happening for mouse over info from other applications, just IE.

The only way I have found to get rid of this is to reboot my machine.

Has anyone heard of this and/or have a solution?

A lot of those types of thing are Flash related, so maybe a reinstall of Adobe Flash player would be a good starting place.

It could be a third-party toolbar. Do you have anything like this installed (Google / AOL / Yahoo! toolbar, etc)?

If so, try uninstalling them, rebooting, and checking again.
