Try:
Open the Control Panel -> Network Connections ->Local
Area Connection, then "properties", Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
Choose 'Use the following DNS servers'. Put 4.2.2.2 in the primary
address and leave the alternate blank, then close everything and try again.
