IE 6 does it need sp4

The miniumum requirements just say Windows 2000 - it doesn't specify a service pack level for any OS --
Of course, you should be running SP4 for obvious security reasons... unless there is a specific problem you have with running SP4?
I guess download it and see - it will tell you if it requires it.
