IE 6.0, Systemworks 2003 Pro, etc Problems.

Right now,
When I use IE 6.0, my webpages are not automatically updating. I have to hit refresh to get the latest website info. In addition, when I check my email (yahoo, mail.com, hotmail, lycos) inbox, it not getting the latest unread email. I have to hit refresh. Many times, it load in where I left off from the last email reading session then hit refresh.

Also, I am using Systemworks Pro 2003.
I have the latest virus definition update. I keep running life Update to ensure I have the latest version. I do have the latest version but Norton keep saying I do not have the latest version. It tells me I have to update. I check the defintion files and it is uptodate. For some reason it not tell the Norton program it uptodate. The Norton Intergrated Program is not be updated.

In IE check Tools, Internet Options, Temporary Internet files Settings button, 'check for new versions of pages' Automatically.

I have no idea about that - look for a patch or fix on their website.
