IE 5.5, Unable to view AFP files

I have a client that was running IE 5.0 and I Upgraded her to IE 5.5 SP2 today, now she states that she is unable to open or view *.afp files. Is there any updates for IE or plugins that can be used??? HELP>>>> SHE'S ready to eat my young...
