Can someone help me on this problem?

User PC running Windows 2000 and IE 5.5. Connected to the internet through our LAN and gets mail with personal AOL account going to and logging in with screen name and password. This was working with no problems until "a few days ago". Now when user enters screen name and password to log in the message "the page cannot be displayed" appears.

Problem only occurs on that one PC, user can go to others and has no problem. This leads me to believe something wrong with IE. User can surf all other web sites with no problems. Also, will not allow them to log in to MyMSN any longer, was okay until "a few days ago".

Any ideas, hints, or tips ?

I tried several things from removing cookies, temp internet files, to upgrading IE 5.5 to 128-bit encryption.

Thanks.

AOL Made changes to their site, when I access the website from work I get into the mail, but it takes FOREVER. I adjusted my settings down to the lowest level and it got a little faster. Is the proxy / firewall blocking things that the site needs to login? (ActiveX / JavaScript... I don't know for sure).

Check around, then call AOL and tell them their new site is slow :) CJ
