Idle Time Timeouts

Timeouts:

The Input, Cacheserver, and Pageserver all default to 20
minutes for a timeout. However, the RAS defaults to 60
minutes for a timeout. Can anyone explain why the
difference? Thank you.

Seriously though, but I think you are referring to "User Inactivity Timeout"

With this option ou can control the number of minutes threashold before an inactive user's RAS session times out.

Although a shorter timeout frees up resources from inactive users more quickly (like the CS, PS); if the user hits the session after it times out, RAS must then go back through the (resource) expensive process of re-creating the session andits document.

RAS is a much more intense server than the others.

I suspect any way.
