My recycle bin shows blank, but when I click on empty bin it says delete all 4 items, and when I click on yes I get a message saying cannot delete Identity-H. Any suggestion would be helpful.

Boot into safe mode and try the delete. If not, I'd run a virus scan to see if anything is bugging you.

Open a command window.

CD recycle.bin

ATTRIB -a -h -r -s *.*

Del *.*
