I see why you might want to do this.
One way i can think of right now is enable message tracking on the server and search for messages sent out from this DL. If you have many servers, you might want to search message tracking logs on all servers, since DLs sit on AD instead of exchange server (that way you'll have to search only the exchange server that holds DL)
