IDE Enhancement 1

About a year ago, I found a freeware IDE "enhancement" utility. I don't remember its name, but it added a menu list to the main menu bar, and had a list of things it could do. One of the things was adding a comment box with the name of the subroutine, the author, time, & date to the vba or vb code you were working on. Unfortunately, I downloaded it to my work laptop, and was unable to retrieve it when I left. I've searched the web, but found nothing like that. Does anyone know of a utility like that? I actually found it when someone mentioned it in a posting. Thanks,
