Below was a rsponse from the last thread....The other was getting tooo long.

To sum it up, I have two routes inbound, my first route works fine the incomming DNIS (6901) is routed to DCNO 1(6901)to(8796) the problem still lies with my Verizon route (21) which also is suppose to see that 6901 and convert it to 8796 problem is its not, currently I have it as 6901 convetered to 4002 which is the CDN for the assigned group but I lose the functionality of the assigned agent and that 800 # being able to be aswered directly. I posted a response from last week and I have a question about it. It makes sense but what if I have it set like this

IDGT CDGT
6900 7900
6901 7901
6902 7902

and so forth If I do the 6 to 7 conversion how does the switch recognize the rest of the digits to be converted?

"what are the symptoms of the still broken route? i lost track, on dcno 21, someone likes to type,

DCNO 21
IDGT CDGT
6 9 0 0 7 9 0 0

that table in my switch would read

dcno 21
idgt cdgt
6 7
that would translate all the 1st digit 6's to 7's..

yes i have used a single digit to convert a 1000's group. it has been several rls's but that is the fastest way to go

I remember seeing something about a TRACE command in LD 80 is it TRAD or TRAC to trace the call inbound from the route

Thanks

trad is for tracing a digital trunk, trac 0 xxxx will trace dn xxxx for customer 0, you can trace tn's, consoles etc, take a glance at ld 60 entc is a dynamic trace, comes in handy. why are we discussing ld 60?
