ICS on a Win2K Network

Can someone explain to me how to setup ICS in the following scenario in plain english before I lose much more of my hair?

I had 2 PC's at home, connected via a mini hub and had ICS working fine. Recently I've created a network with a Win2K server, created a domain all running Active Directory, since then I can't get ICS working. I've even changed all the IP addresses of all the machines to be 192.168.0.1/.2/.3 (the one with the connection to be shared is 192.168.0.1, the one that wants the connection is .2 and the server being .3

No matter what I do the .2 PC will not pik up the shared internet connection.

I'd try posting in the win2k server forum. I've only had a 'play' with 2k server so don't know how its ICS compares to 2k Pro. Once thing though, on 2k Pro, when you share the internet connection, it sets the IP address on the LAN NIC to 192.168.0.1 and this machine then acts as DHCP server for rest of network sharing connection - which would tend to suggest you're using static IP addresses on other machines is not a good idea. Make sure when u installed AD that DHCP server hasnt been installed to. You will get DHCP conflicts from ICS as its runs it own mini server. You could also check your DNS settings, you need to create a forwarder to your ISP's DNS servers that assuming that you installed DNS when installed AD.
