Hello

I have Windows 98SE - Ive got a westell broadband dsl modem - that I use with an 3com 3c509b-tpo ethernet card.
The ethernet card works fine but I tried to use ICS for my network and I keep getting the error Ndis.vxd device loader for this devise could not load this device driver ?? Update driver in order to fix. Ive tried to update and it says it updated the driver but keeps showing the error. I uninstalled drivers for the ethernet card and uninstalled and reinstalled ICS only to get same problem. Before i used the westell modem with my usb port and the ICS worked fine??
So it would seem to be a problem with the ethernet card but i cant figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Hey guys ?

Sorry this is so late but my email address was wrong and I didnt know my thread had been answered. Well I finally found the problem :) I 1st had my DSL modem connected via USB port so when i set up ics I chose my modem as my internet connection and this worked fine, but when i started using the nic card i kept this setting and my ics kept giving me this error. Finally i chose my nic card as my connection instead of my modem and it rebooted and works fine.

Sorry for the trouble but many thanks for your time :)
