I have defined an ICP system. So when people make appointments in outlook the phone automaticly forwards to the attendants where a computer connected to the attendant console pops up with what reason the person who made the appointment is not there.

In LD15 in ICP_DATA I have defined ICDN 9799 (A phantom number with dcfw to callpilot) and ECDN 99(Attendant). This is done so external callers get to the attendant and internal callers can't bother the attendant with something they can get information about themselves via the open calendar in outlook. They should instead get a callpilot message telling them to do that.

But when I call internal to a phone that is forwarded by outlook I got the forwarded phones E-mail. Is there any way to bypass this. I've tried to change the 9799 number to an acd with the same problem.

The problem is in short terms. If A(9711) calls B(9715) and B is forwarded to C(9799) and C again is forwarded to callpilot voice messaging. I want the callpilot to announce the application 9799 and not 9715, which is the case today.

not a very easy work around, pilot sees the original dialed dn and the only way i have found to blow that away if for B(9715) to forward to xxx 9799.. out and back in... then if b goes to mail the original dialed dn is is the app you want to hear

Good thought JP, but I think that would unnecessary block channels on the PRI.

If I forward it to a dummy cdn aquired by symposium, and use out of hours announcement it could work, doesn't it???
