Icon under Visual C++ ? 1

Hello, I'm french and nobody can help me. So I need your help !
I begin in the C++ programmation alone.

With the ressource editor, I place a picture control on a dialog template. I want to place an icon on this picture but when the icon is in front of the picture, it takes the color of the background of the window instead of the picture's color.

What can I make?
