icon keeps breaking up

im using pb6.5 and i have this icon for an application that keeps on breakin/tearin up everytime i make the application an executable file. sometimes i get lucky and the icon doesnt get garbled but most of the time, it is. wut do i do?

thx 4 helpin me out. :)
