iclarity process priority

Hello all,

Do you have any suggestions/experience with respect to the iclarity process priority? It seems that the VOIp call quality is much better when running iclarity with process priority HIGH. Can't find any Avaya recommendations about this.

We use pc softphone with Plantronics DSP400 headset..
